This paper examines the existing and potential features of cloud computing-based knowledge management and sharing systems in libraries and information centers. This study examines the potential of such a model, while examining the potential and potential of library software in the cloud-based "software as a service" and "template as a service" model.  The present study, while reviewing the features of software applications that have provided their capabilities with these models, identifies the extent of use and feedback of these products in the world's top libraries and offers suggestions for research purposes. proposed.

Methodology / Approach: Approach: The present study aimed to collect data from a combination of document study and content analysis of the websites of the top 100 libraries based on webometric information.

Results: The results showed that more than 46% of the world's top libraries use cloud-based systems.

On the other hand, networks provide enterprises with access to knowledge, resources, markets and technology. A collaborative network represents the nature of the organization, infrastructure, business processes, resources, and relationships that support a collaborative effort to achieve some collective benefit, whether the benefit is in a program, service, or product (Lai , Tom and Chan, 2012). Collaborative networks have benefits such as speed, complementary roles, developmental dimension, competitiveness, resource upgrading and optimization. So many organizations and centers tend to build collaborative networks with similar centers to take advantage of the benefits mentioned. The formation and realization of collaborative networks also faces problems. The most important of these are technological in nature and are mainly focused on issues such as integration and coordination of internal and external operations. Cloud computing is a technology that takes into account the issues and problems expressed.
